DFC attends UK’s largest cross-sector physical activity event Elevate

DFC was amongst the many health and leisure-focused organisations in attendance at Elevate at the London Excel on the 10th and 11th May.

The event, which describes itself as ‘the UK’s largest cross-sector event’ for physical activity, is now in its second year and saw 100 exhibitors, 138 speakers and 2,562 individual attendees come together under one roof.

Throughout the two days, Elevate boasted an array of coveted keynote speakers, seminars, exhibitions and even some fitness classes for attendees to try their hand at. As such, it offered a fantastic window into the current direction of the leisure industry.

It was particularly successful opportunity for DFC to showcase their fantastic selection of innovative products, keep abreast with industry trends and liaise with existing clients.

DFC Director Ivan Stevenson was pleased with the outcome. He said

‘Elevate was really well attended and gave us a fantastic chance to demonstrate our products and services. Plenty of attendees stopped by our stand and showed an interest. It’s also important for us to attend events like these ones so that we can stay on top of movements within the sector.’
